The numbers are grim.
1 in 4 experience mental health issues in a given year.
1 in 2 in a lifetime.
Over 50% of our children have some diagnosis (mental, emotional, or physical).
It is predicted that by 2030, more than 85% of children will have Type 2 diabetes and over 50% of them will be on the autistic spectrum. In fact, children have a shorter lifespan expectancy than their parents. How sad is that? The stats go up for adults. Heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimers….the numbers are growing astronomically.
Growing older does not mean it is normal to have a long line of brown prescription medications which keep your symptoms managed.
Then 2020 happened where people became fearful of life and began practicing unhealthy choices by restricting oxygen intake and then, allowing an experimental vaccine to be injected into their bodies…due to the germ theory life.
500% rise in cancer.
300% rise in miscarriages.
269% increase in myocardial infarction.
291% increase in Bell’s palsy.
156% increase in congenital malformations (for children of military personnel).
471% increase in female infertility.
467% increase in pulmonary embolisms.
However, you do not have to remain a statistic.
To avoid becoming a statistic, realize that health is not due to a germ. It’s the day in and day out lifestyle choices you make. To improve the ‘terrain/body,’ first:
*Clean up the diet. A whole-food, plant-based eating plan is best.
*Water – drink half of your body weight in ounces.
*Sunshine – get enough rays.
*Temperance – get control of your appetite, rather than your appetite controlling you.
*Air – BREATHE oxygen. Make sure you air your house out regularly also.
*Rest – practice good sleep hygiene.
*Trust – develop a spiritual life and learn to trust in Divine Power.
After making a NEWSTART, then continue to detox regularly and supplement for nutritional deficiencies. Heal the gut and deal with any emotional trauma issues (and stress) that messes up the gut biome.
