Which Microbes are You Feeding?
I have to say something that has been on my mind for the past few days due to the rampant number of people getting sick.
Leaky gut…it truly is the foundation of all disease. When our gut is leaky (hyper-permeable), then our body stays in a state of inflammation.
To get well, we need to remove the source of leakiness. Chemicals. Fake food-like products. Gluten. V jabs. Prescription medications. Stress. Lack of sleep. Trauma. (Believe me, it is possible to make lifestyle changes and work with your doctor to get off of medications.)
We have to detox. Regularly.
We are exposed to tens of thousands of UNTESTED chemicals every day. They are GRAS (generally regarded as safe), but have not been tested from a synergistic perspective. This would be impossible. They are in our air, our water, and our food.
We have to re-inoculate with healthy bacteria. Regularly since we are exposed to harmful substances regularly that disrupt our gut biome.
Due to the evilness of this world, we cannot completely avoid harmful substances. However, we can control what we eat. We can avoid getting more V jabs (especially since the germ theory is a lie).
We can detox daily.
We can re-inoculate regularly.
I know this works. I lived it. I experience it daily. I’m surrounded by sick people….but remain healthy.
The important part here is that we can carry out some of these steps, but skip the re-inoculation of healthy bacteria AND STILL GET SICK regularly.
Each step above is very important.
It’s the healthy bacteria that help improve the immune system. If you give them good food to eat, they eventually outnumber the unhealthy bacteria and help the body eliminate them (through the detoxing method).
Don’t continue providing food for the bad guys. If you do not feed them, they will not activate into viruses, etc to eat the sick cells and the toxins in the body.
God gave us amazing bodies which have the ability to heal when we provide the right conditions. Walk in obedience to the laws of health. Then the body automatically does the rest.
Something to think about.
